Every digitally measured PPF and window film template in the DigiCut platform is designed with real film, by real hands, on real vehicles. That is the difference you feel the moment you pull a template off the plotter.
Patterns are engineered around how material behaves during installation, not just around software geometry.
Use the film brands that fit your shop.
Templates are cut and checked before release.

Consistent design philosophy across every template
Unlike scan-based systems built around 3D geometry, DigiCut templates are engineered with real film to reflect how material actually behaves during installation.
When you squeegee the template, it is already working with the car’s body lines, not fighting them.
All DigiCut PPF templates are purposely designed to be symmetrical unless a specific body panel dictates otherwise. Predictable cuts mean no second-guessing which side you are working with.
Film stretch is purposeful, not a byproduct of a bad template. Compression areas are engineered out so the film follows the natural direction of the body panel.
Because DigiCut patterns are not derived from 3D scan data calibrated to a specific brand’s specifications, they install cleanly with multiple film brands.
Some pattern platforms crowdsource their templates, accepting uploads from users across the country with no unified design standard. The result is inconsistent fitment: one vehicle cuts beautifully, the next one needs a half-dozen adjustments at the table.
DigiCut is different. Every pattern in our library is designed by our dedicated in-house team using the same philosophy, the same margin approach, and the same quality bar.
No pattern goes into the library untested. If it does not meet our standard, it does not get released.
Whether you are cutting a 2019 sedan or a 2024 pickup, the design logic is the same. You build workflow, confidence, and speed.
Time lost searching for the right template is time your customer’s car sits on the lift. DigiCut matches each vehicle to its corresponding VIN, so you are not scrolling through trim variations or guessing whether a pattern applies to your specific build year.
Start from the vehicle itself, not a long list of near matches.
Choose the corresponding vehicle configuration with confidence.
Move from selection to production without slowing the bay down.
From daily drivers to exotics, DigiCut covers domestic, import, and specialty vehicles sold in the U.S. And when a pattern is not available yet, the team is actively adding coverage every week.
Our tint patterns are not derived from generic geometry or manufacturer CAD data. They are hand cut and installed by our own in-house designers using actual window film.
Accurate top edges and real-world fitment are baked into every template, not approximated.
That coverage hides the edge, reduces peeling at high-wear points, and gives your install a finished look that holds up over time.
You are not beta-testing patterns on your customers’ vehicles. The fitment has already been cut, installed, and checked before release.
